All right! just a warning: I cant figure out to work the apostrophe on this Italian keyboard, so I apologize for bad spelling in advance.
It is my last night in Milan. We were supposed to spend pretty much two full days but there was HUGE delay when we left. Its true: (shit, 2 days in Italy and Ive encountered a block in my mind.... im thinking in Italian). Ok. We left Montreal at 19.10 on july 2. we were in the air for about an hour, just under even. then the pilot comes on the air, in his lovely british accent (sorry, Ive also given up on douing capital letters for i keep hitting this <>) (EDITED: August 26, 2007 in Montreal)==> and announces that we'd have to land in Toronto because there was an issue with the stairs on the plane. I seriously thought he was kidding. But, alas, he was not. We landed in Toronto just a bit after, which added an extra hour to the trip... We left several hours later, and arrived in<==(END EDIT) London, at gatwick airport, at noon, local time... at that point, we had been travelling just undr 12 hours... we rushed away, enjoying being surrounded by thick British accents, and we arrived to the shuttle bus that connected us to Luton airport. it was a 3 hour ride that cost us 20 pounds. it was funny, because I was thinking that it was pronounced Lewtonne. but no. when i asked, they had no idea what i was saying... its pronounced lewt'n. haha... like... Newton. you see? Im a foreigner. lol....
Ok what else... so we got to luton, 2 hours to spare... we fed ourselves on fantastic fresh food... we caught the airplane and arrived at almost 23.00 in Bergamo, Milan. The WHOLE family of my cousin greeted us!! It was fantsstic. they grabbed our bags and everything. we went to meet everyone at Claudias house, and then at her zia angelas we went. (im losing my english>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!= .... ok.... tonight we ate dinner at zia angelas. we watched the FUCKING SOCCER GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Non ho mai visto tante persone fare il tifo!!!!!! so many people...s creaming!!! honking horns!>!! waving flags!!! weàre still hearing horns every so often and its like 3 hours after the game!!!! amazing. we drove around , honking come dei pazzi! like crazies!! we leave for barcelona tomorrow. were dead tired
